So. Working at CAPE is really starting to suck, it's getting close to printing time, but nobody seems to really be acting like we are so close to the due date... and there is so much to do. I think a lot of people don't really realize how much more stuff there is to do and how little time there is to do it. It's very frustrating.
So. Tonight was probably the last time I'll see Helen in a while. She is taking off on Monday for the bay area for a month. We went rollerblading on campus and then we ate some food at Friday's afterwards.
So. Right outside the CAPE office is the Muir rock garden, at the base of HSS. People always go there and spell stuff out or make designs with the rocks. Finally, I did one myself:
It's kinda hard to get an idea of the scale of this thing. I mean, the picture almost looks like a bunch of pebbles. Well, this whole thing is probably about 15 or 20 feet long, and each of those rocks are probably about 9 to 12 inches long.
I think I scared some people with it though. Hehehe. Cool.
Also today, I was walking besides Mimi as she was skateboarding. I kinda snuck this picture of her. But she doesn't know it I don't think, and you cant really see anything, but I thought it looked cool.
And finally for this update. Earlier this week, I accidentally kicked my bed. I hit my big toe. It hurt. But this time, I heard a slightly different noise than you would expect to hear from something like this. I looked at my toe and well, it looked like I had just torn a good sized chunk off of my big toenail.
It didn't hurt as much as I expected it to. It didn't turn black and blue. In fact, it doesn't even hurt at all now. But that part that the arrow is pointing to that is slightly redder than the rest... well, that used to be covered by toenail :)
I'm sure when you came to my website today, a close-up picture of my toes is exactly what you wanted to see.
Well, I guess that's about it.
